By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms:

Digital Commission Terms of Service
1. General Information
All commissions are for personal use only, unless discussed and agreed upon beforehand.I reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason.These terms may be updated at any time, but changes won't affect ongoing commissions.
2. Payment
Payment is accepted via Cash App, Venmo or PayPal.Full payment is required before work begins.gratuities are in USD and are non-refundable after I’ve started the artwork.
3. Process & Timeline
I will confirm your commission details before starting.Turnaround time is usually 1-3 weeks, depending on complexity and my queue.I will send WIPs (Work In Progress) at key stages for feedback.You’re allowed to make as many free revisions at each stage.
4. Usage & Rights
You may:Use the commissioned artwork for personal purposes for example as a profile pictures or wallpapers.Post it online with proper credit ether by mentioning my name or handle.You may not:Use my artwork for any AI usageUse the artwork commerciallyClaim the artwork as your own.Alter the final image significantly or use it in AI datasets.Remove/cover my water mark or signature.
5. Artist Rights
I retain all rights to the artwork, including the right to post it in my portfolio or on social media (unless requested otherwise).I may use the commissioned art for promotional purposes unless we agree otherwise.(You will be credited as the character owner and will be mentioned in the post)
6. Communication
Please respond to messages about your commission within 2-3 days to avoid delays and mistakes.If you go silent for more than 7 days without notice, I may put your slot on hold or cancel it.

Badge Terms of Service
Personal Use Only: Badges are for personal use.Payment Upfront: Full payment is required before I begin. Payments are non-refundable once work has started, and will include a delivery fee of $10.Turnaround Time: I aim to finish badges within a timely manner. Please let me know if there is a con deadline before I start!Revisions: Includes unlimited revisions during the sketch phase no changes will be able to be made after that.Delivery: Badges are shipped in a large envelope through the mail. Please note I only ship within the US and there will be a delivery fee of $10. You will receive the tracking info as soon as it is shipped out.

NSFW Terms of Service
Adults Only: I only accept NSFW commissions from clients who are 18 years or older. No exceptions. You will be required to send a photo of your state issued ID with only your DOB visible. You will also be given a one time code that must be written on a paper next to your ID.Acceptable NSFW Content:
Nudity / pin-ups Solo poses Consensual acts (vanilla or kinky) Bondage Fantasy species (with clear adult characteristics) Furry / anthro / monster characters Gender expressions / body types of all kindsUnacceptable NSFW Content:
Underage characters or age regression Non-consensual acts Scat or vomit Incest Bestiality (non-anthro) Real people (celebrities, streamers, etc.) Hate symbols or anything promoting discrimination
